TURN OVER OF 12 PIGLETS TO RANG-AYAN WOMEN’S DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION.

Martiniano G. Regis, the CREDO of Sablayan of the Mindoro Nickel Project-Intex Resources Philippines MNP-IRPI turned over to the Rang-ayan Women’s Development Association the 12 piglets for the organization to grow, manage, multiply and sell for additional income. A simple turnover activity was conducted on July 18 Sunday afternoon at the backyard of Nida Bulda, the Chairperson of the Association. The Ceremony was attended by the members.

Infra and Pigpen Environmental design:
- 3 cell pigpen at 3 heads per cell. Back yard type: that is raising pig
below 10 heads per household is allowed without ECC.
- Water system, waste & septic tank
- Bio material Concoction for odor and flies control preparation by pax (to be sourced and introduced by Martin)

System: MOA with CREDO
CREDO 1. CREDO provide the piglets
2. CREDO provides the pigpen concreting
3. CREDO provides technical assistance in growing and marketing

PO 1. Organization make their pigpen following environmental design for household pig raising below ten heads per household
2. Organization institute policies on Capital Build Up (CBU), and resources for feeds
3. Organization members manage their pigpen and the pig therein at rotational basis
4. Organization Fattens and sell the male
5. Organization Enhances the female piglet as multiplier
6. Organization Returns to CREDO-Intex 12 piglets in six months cycle

The returned 12 piglets shall be given to the next interested members observing the same agreements above.
